Sorry it's been so long since the last update; I've been off on other things.

Jim Gasbarro provided the profile for 16F628 but I don't have the 16F627 yet.  I'm not
prepared to 
do a full release yet but the current picdev.c is at ftp://ftp.cosmodog.com/outgoing/picdev.c
if you 
want to get the 16F628 working, at least.

Jim has also taken the time to make picp work under windows.  I haven't had time to
integrate it 
into the distribution yet but plan to soon.
