Subject: Programming PIC18F1220

Hi,

I was wondering if any of the public domain or shareware software out
there will program a PIC18F1220 (or 1320) chip using a Tait-style
programmer ?

I'm using a `Kit 96' from Dontronics, which uses the PC parallel port. It
works fine for PIC18F452 chips using PICALLW in Windows XP .. but I'm not
sure how different the programming is. I'm using a parallel port
integrated into an ATX motherboard.

Software that works in Linux (Mandrake 9 , i386) without much
tweaking would be ideal, but software that runs in Windows XP would
also be fine.

Thanks in advance

Scott
