I forgot to change the subject on my last email, where I announced the 
first (beta) release of the patch.

So check for that one :-)

Also, besides pic18fxxx support, there's also ID Location 
reading/writing support (broken for older pics),  and  -rd now works too.

I'll do a better ChangeLog for the next patch :-)
