No, I'm not! picp-0.5d have this behaviour, but the patch undoes that. 
Did you apply the picp-2003*-Makefile patch? If yes, you're not supposed 
to do it, that's only for folks not running linux which may try to do a 
port (because some of my changes to makefile depends on gnu make, which 
is not available or is not the default make on some BSD systems, for 
example). I guess I could not manage to get myself clear on the 
announcement email, sorry :-)


For everyone else reading: Only try that -Makefile patch if you cannot 
compile it as is. Even some bsd systems will have GNU make available as 
gmake. That doesn't mean that picp will compile/run on anything other 
than linux, that's for someone else to work out (porting should be 
rather easy) :-)
