gputils-0.11.7 has been released.  It is available at:

I didn't get everything finished.  More bug fixes and features are on
the way.  This fixes a couple of 18xx gplink bugs and adds config and
idlocs sections to gpasm. 

There is one big bug I know about that wasn't fixed. If you pass a
relocatable symbol with and offset as a macro argument, a relocation
entry will not be placed in the object file.  There are a couple of work
arounds.  I hope to fix it in the next release.
