Probably not.  I have a Warp13, and it no longer supports the TM4 
protocol.
I expect they removed this in order to make room for supporting more 
types
of PIC programming.  Now it only emulates a picstart, but not well 
enough
for picp to work with it.

Without a working tool chain, I'll probably be going to AVR or 68HC11 in
the near future.

Anybody wanna buy a used Warp13?  I have both the original control
chip (supports TM4 and most earlier PICs) and the new one (picstart
only, supports more PICs, flash reprogrammable).
