Subject: quick (simple?) question regarding scanner ID

Hi,
 
I've been working on implementing a plustek scanner on a redhat 7.1
machine, updated kernel to 2.4.9. The scanner shows up in
sane-find-scanner as the following:
 
sane-find-scanner: found USB scanner (vendor = 0x07b3, product = 0x0001)
at device /dev/usb/scanner0
 
This isn't listed as a supported product Id number.

I tried to look through the archives, but wasn't able to search them.
Sorry if this has been answered a billion times, and thanks in advance
for help.
