Subject: Problem with Suse 8.0

Hello,
I use Suse 8.0 with sane 1.0.7(.53) and the plustek-module 0.41. I build the
driver and edited /etc/modules conf --> depmod -av, but when I try to load
the driver by the command "make load" as root, ich get following error:

linux:/home/pascal/sane-backends-1.0.7/backend/plustek driver # make load
/sbin/modprobe pt drv || exit 1
/lib/modules/2.4.18-4GB/misc/pt drv.o: init module: Success
Hint: insmod errors can be caused by incorrect module parameters, including
invalid IO or IRQ parameters
/lib/modules/2.4.18-4GB/misc/pt drv.o: insmod
/lib/modules/2.4.18-4GB/misc/pt drv.o failed
/lib/modules/2.4.18-4GB/misc/pt drv.o: insmod pt drv failed
make: *** [load] Fehler 1
linux:/home/pascal/sane-backends-1.0.7/backend/plustek driver #

What can I do?

Thx
