hi i have problems with my optic pro 1236p:

1)
the scanner is one detected as:

 12000P/96000P

then another time it's detected as (this seems to be the default case):

600/6000P

there was one time another one but i can't remember anymore.

2)
you can recognise the picture but the are strange colored line trough 
the picture.

3) the scanner doesn't stop where it should making stragne noises when 
it can't go further.

4) the greatest one: this forces me to use .... a bad  os -> please help 
me!!
