hello,
I have installed sane-1.0.3.tar.gz and plustek-sane-0.36_18.tar.gz in
my SuSE 6.4 system. I am very happy that xscanimage is running and
now I have one programm less which I had had to use in windows.
but (you see the but is not missing) the quality of the copies is not
satified. There are different stripes of brightness from the top to
the bottom of the copy. And when I try to use it in colour then I
have the same (coloured) problem.
Can I do anything to improve the situation? At least I would get the
same qualuitywhich I have in windows.
