Subject: Canon CanonScan N650U

I've just installed Sane-1.0.10, and I have got my N650U working fine,
but only as root. The sane-find-scanner returns the following:

found USB scanner (vendor=0x04a9 [Canon], product=0x2206 [CanoScan]) at
libusb:004:003

scanimage -L returns the following:

device 'plustek:libusb:004:003' is a Canon N650U/N656U USB flatbed scanner

How can I get normal user access to this, because I can't find the
device it's on... I'm running RedHat 8.0 on top of an otherwise
perfectly working system. My scans seem fine (although a need to learn
to tweak the settings a little)...

Thanks

PS: I've been waiting a while for my scanner to be supported by Sane -
THANKYOU! Nice work by you all...
