HI have one question!!!

the driver works very well on my Debian Linux
but if I scan I become sometimes no picture sometimes black is red and 
sometimes yellow!!
in windows I have the same problem!!
is it püossible my scanner is damaged?
I have Plusteck 96000P

semms I need a new one or u have any idea what I can do???
