I've been using 1.0.11 with the 0.45-5 plustek stuff.
After lots of fiddling about I got everything working with the lamp and
the motor only to have all black scans. Then on a whim I tried setting
it up as a UMAX 5400 and it almost worked out of the box. I put it back
to the UMAX3400 and it works perfectly.
Rather annoyed with myself for not finding the UMAX stuff earlier, but
then, if it wasn't for them using the same stepper I'd still be working
on it...
