Hello,
I have a OpticPro 4831P and I have a problem with 
the prescan area.
I can only see a very small part of my picture, or sometimes even nothing, and it's
not in a right shape, it's like stretched and disformed.
This problem makes it hard to redefine my scan area.
I don't know how to fix this.
