Hello, List!

I just wanted to say thanks to those guys who enabled me to use a Canon
LiDE 20 Scanner on my linux notebook (I like this scanner because it's
so small)!

Anyway, the "poor color image quality" seems to result in mostly
overdone red, while green and blue are somewhat lower contrast. The b/w
Scans had some disturbing vertical lines on them, but I can still
convert color->b/w so that shouldn't be a show-stopper.

If I could help in any way to improve the driver for my scanner, I'd be
really glad to do so. Alas, I'm not a great coder, so a few hints could
be helpful.
