Liebe Linux-Freaks,
ich versuche seit einigen Wochen, einen Scanner,
(Plustek OpticPro 9636T) über den Parallelport an
den Linux-PC (RedHat8.0) anzuschliessen. Die angebotene
Software sane-backends habe ich in den Versionen 1.07-1.012
allesamt nacheinander installiert und wieder deinstalliert
und jeweils mit den nötigen Plustek-Treibern
versehen. Der Treiber lässt sich jedoch in keiner Sane-Ver-
sion laden. make load schlägt stets fehl, obwohl die voran-
gehende Übersetzung mit make all und Installation mit
make install funktioniert. Was kann ich tun ?
Anbei ein paar Fehlermeldungen des Rechners, könnt Ihr damit
etwas anfangen ?
