Problem soluted;

after recompiling the kernel without IE1284 kernel support-
answer the question of kernelconfig with "no" -
which is part of the parport - section,
the plustek_driver 0.41-5  recognizes the OpticPro9636T (with sane 1.0.7
from debian -woody).
