SnoopyProExport.log is XML, so you should at least recognize some
words in it...

The version at http://www.wingmanteam.com/usbsnoopy/ doesn't work with
my WinXP (at least I wasn't able to get it working), so I've used
http://sourceforge.net/projects/usbsnoop/ at version 0.22. You should be
able to open the .usblog file with it.
