Subject: 9639T won't work after upgrade
From: Michael Lorenzen

Hi List,

I just upgraded my debian to sane 1.0.13 and discovered that my scanner did
not work any more. I was happily surprised when I discovered that the
plustek driver went into sane - no more caring about a kernel module which
is not delivered by the package system.
Unfortunaly the new driver won't work for me. plustek_pp is commented out
in /etc/sane.d/dll.conf, plustek_pp.conf is edited correctly.

This is the debug output of sane (cutoff some irrelevant stuff), maybe
somebody can give me a hint?
