Hello -

I am trying to contact Plustek and get help with my 9636t.  It is scanning
blue, green, yellow and red lines on the images I scan.  None of the online
resources work on their webpage, none of the downloads work, and the tech
support page does not work.  Are they still in business, and is there any
help available for me or should I just trash the thing?
