Hi,

I answer here on the list in english, 'cause quite a lot of the people
out there are not able to understand german!

Anyway:
what about the debug messages you will get, when
doing the following:
export SANE_DEBUG_PLUSTEK=12
scanimage -L

Is there the device /dev/pt_drv?
Is the plustek backend enabled in /etc/sane.d/dll.conf?

Please check this and also check the FAQ.
