Hi all,

I'm trying to get a scanner working under OS/2 for a client and am in
need of a bit of assistance. 
They have a parallel port Plustek OpticPro 4831P running under OS/2.

They are using pre-built 1.04 binaries from
http://paulf.free.fr/software.html and are getting the following message
from scanimage:

"scanimage: open of device PLUSTEK failed: Operation not supported"

Can anyone shed some light on what the problem might be, or what I can
get them to try to get more information.
