I need some help.  A friend recently gave me his old scanner but didn't have 
the disc to download it.  It is a OpticPro 9630P.  I cannot seem to get it to 
install as each time I put in the S/N it states that the is no known serial 
number.  The S/N 810255577 will not be accepted. 

I would appreciate you help in this matter.
