Yes, IIRC.  We need to add support for truecolor in the jpeg stuff.

It's all supposedly implemented, but I haven't been able to test it.
Perhaps it's time for me to buy a new video card.  What are you
running?  Can you switch between modes?  What version of Linux?

What exactly isn't running?
