Subject: Latest microwindows build fails

Due to what I suspect is a bug the bcc C pre-processor, the latest version
of microwindows fails to build for ELKS.

There is a name-space conflict between the macro min() and some variables
in two of the demos called min. This can in the short term be easily fixed
by renaming the variables.

I haven't tried running this version yet, I am about to give it a go now.
