Actually, I can't see why it shouldn't work well, since most/all touch
screen drivers I've worked with emulate a mouse, and either transmit
handles continous movement over the touch screen just as with a mouse,
or send the combination of a mouse move and mouse button event if you
just put your finger/stylus/whatever down on a new location.
