I've built an Xlib that's 300K.  Xlib includes 200K of Xcms code and 450K 
of I18N code.  The server is ~600k, that easily clears 1meg.

I'm talking about wide lines and arcs; apps literaly never use those and
they take 100k inside the server.  In an embeded environment, you can 
simply make sure they aren't needed.
