I didn't quite follow that so I wonder if you could express it another way...

wxWindows doesn't yet have a DOS port, but if the MS Windows port of 
wxWindows were to be cut down to target the subset of WIN32 that 
Microwindows supports, that ought to work, or alternatively making the GTK+ 
port of wxWindows work with the NanoX/GTK+ combination.

Yes, I would anticipate cutting it down quite a bit. Although, compared 
with GTK+ it accounts for a relatively small amount of application binary 
size (a third to a quarter of the GTK+ overhead according to some static 
linking tests someone did recently).
