Subject: New Idea: Microwindows and XLIB emulation

Could be this a silly idea so forgive me for this.

Some time ago I found out a file called NTXLIB.ZIP in the Microsoft ftp site
( it is still there). There are as well some newer version on the net (just
search for NTXLIB).

This is a WIN32 library that emulate most of the XLIB functions. This
library could be easily linked with microwindows. It needs a few changes but
after a first look seems it could work. This libray is very small so is in
line with nicrowindows. (Assuming this library is not a toy, as I said I did
not investigate on the quality or number of functions implemented) This
library could be very useful to give to microwindows an XLIB source code
compatibility.

Unfortunately I have not got time to do any further investigation or
porting. So I leave here to whom could be interested.

Regards

Modesto Quarato
