Alexandre,
    The problem you mention has been fixed in 0.89pre1, which
had to do with the kernel outb() macro not being defined the
same as in other kernel #includes, as well as SOCKET_STREAM
not being defined.  You might set FBVGA=N to fix your
loader references.
