: Did anyone have think about how to resolve the input of double byte charactor
,such as Chinese charactor?

Ruiming Qin sent me a patch some time ago that
implemented an input method editor. I have attached
it so that you can evaulate it. I plan on
adding it to Microwindows but I can't read/write
Chinese so it's hard to evaluate.

Please let me know what you think. It would
be easy to add double-byte support. I have
GB2312 working, Unicode-16 as well.

:
: I'm thinking about modifying nano-X API to support something like XIM, and
developing a server for nanoX like Chinese XIM server for X.

See attached.

:
: And how can I develop my application based on nano-X to support print ?

That's a bit hard at this point. We will need a number
of printer drivers, I would think. What do you think?

Regards,

Greg
