Subject: Latest microwindows?

Hi!
I am a little bit confused right now.
Which is the latest microwindows release that I could get hold of?
Is it the ftp'able version from microwindows.org (i.e. 0.89pre2) or the CVS
version?
I read about lots of changes either to the CVS version or to 0.89pre3 but the
CVS version does not yet hold the new nxkbd or nxscribble which makes me
believe that it is not very recent and 0.89pre3 does not exist on the FTP
server.
I want to start some hacking and do not want to base this on an old release and
maybe get cought by bugs that are already solved.
Any information is welcome ;)
