There are two places you can look.  For Win32, of course, there are the
Cygwin tools:  http://sources.redhat.com/cygwin/
Then there is a GNU compiler for Just DOS called DJGPP, and you can get
it from http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/ - This one is painful because you
will have to rebuild all the libraries yourself (except for libc).
