In researching problems with Fl Pixmap not setting colors or masks correctly, I discovered
that there was a problem in the commit due to a ton of CR characters in the source code,
and I merged the wrong version of fl draw pixmap.cxx. So, fl draw pixmap.cxx has been
corrected *again* and reposted without merge conflicts.
Also, found a problem with fl color chooser where it was drawing the bitmap at the wrong
offset in the window. The real problem was in the implementation of fl draw image which
always assumed an origin of (0,0). That has been fixed in a new fl draw image.
