Hi all,

running nano-X I obtain the following error
" KDGKMODE: Invalid argument / Cannot initialise keyboard"

I built nano-X (version 0.90) without errors using gcc 3.4.1 to run on X
server using the config.X11 file.
I tried both
TTYKBD = Y
SCANKBD = N
and
TTYKBD = N
SCANKBD = Y
with the same result, and the I saw that if X11=Y is configured doesn't matter
what Keyb option is set.

Reading a previous (december 2003) discussion about this problem there was an
hint to introduce some printf in kbd_x11.c file. I tried but it seems that
the code inside kbd_x11.c is not executed (this should explain why the KBD is
not initialized), so I guess I have some major problem.

For the sake of precision my system is equipped with a Pentium D and run SUSE
10.1, keyboard and mouse through USB.
I tried to install microwindows on an embedded ARM9 board and worked fine.

Anyone could help me.

Thank you very much.
