Qt/e too, you need a linux kernel working on your target machine with the 
frame buffer device driver for your LCD device compiled and working.
Next you need only proper configure qt/e for running directly on /dev /fb0

I did not use Qt/e becouse it is very heavy; and you need a complete c/c++ 
cross development environment set and running.

If you need only graph get a look at SDL library
