It seems there's a number of functions that will need
to be looked at in order to allow 32x32 cursors. For
instance, the MWIMAGE_WORDS macro is incorrect. Also,
the GdSetCursor() routine in engine/devmouse.c will
need modification. It seems that some macros are
hard-defined for the 16x16 cursor size, and will need
modification.
