Greg,
Some of this is the work that Terry Jeffries and I started doing
together last winter. I think Terry had a newer version of these
documents kicking around. I remember seeing one with a much larger
section of "Hardware Specific Procedures". I may have a copy of it if
you'd like.
I'm a little disappointed to see the Copyright notice only crediting
Century Software for the work on this document. This document has
about 12 pages from my first documentation effort. And the whole FLTK
section is an old copy from the FLTK website:
http://www.fltk.org/doc/toc.html
I think Century Software should give credit where it's due.
You asked for more documentation sites. You might also want to
include Amit Kulkarni, Sunil Soman and Navin Thadani's Tiny Widget
documentation. It can be found at:
http://tinywidgets.sourceforge.net/tnw-tut.html
Until a consolidation plan can be implemented, it might be nice to
just link to the know sites from the main Microwindows site.
