Hi Fergal,
Yes this is probably the best place to ask questions....

I assume that you are using Microwindows (WIN32 like) rather than NanoX (X like), if I
am wrong you will have to do a little more - like specifying LINK_INTO_SERVER.

Arch.Rules will need to be modified to fit your target and compilers/linkers.

You'll also have to specify the NULL_MOUSE and NULL_KBD drivers in config.

Once you have an appropriate scr_xyz.c then this can be selected in the makefiles and
the demos apps should just build....

Are you seeing any particular errors?

When you get around to compiling your own I suggest you follow the demos,
they're quite good as examples.

What system are you working on, can you tell us or is it Top Secret? Email the list
back if you need more assistance.

Subject: [nanogui] microwindows

Hi,

not sure if this is the right place to send this but, I'm currently trying
to get microwindows up and running on a target. It's not a linux based
machine. I'm initially trying to get a simple hello world type app to
simply draw a point. I've written the DrawPixel function to map to the OS
I'm using, I won't need the mouse or keyboard drivers.

Do I just need to have my simple calling app and my screen driver and leave
the rest of the microwindows code the same compiling in the engine, fonts,
nanox, mwin, winlib and nwidget libraries??

I'm on a steep learning curve here so any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
Fergal
