You can use Code Crusader, Code Warrior, or the KDE IDE if you'd rather
click on "project", "build" than type "make". Apparently Code Crusader's
build system actually works on top of make (the graphical file selection
thing generates a standard makefile rather than a project file specific to
that IDE and no other).
