Hi all...

I'm trying to run nanoX in a target system connected by console (serial
port).
In my linux machine I'm running X11 and in the target ATM...

I was able to compile nano-X with the ATM configuration but the window is
not openning.

When I run the files I get:

#./world
nxclient: retry connect attempt 1....... (I know the file compiled fine and
is running)

#./nano-X
m. Check kernel config
Cannot initialise screen

What should I do to run in console???

I'm planning to add an LCD screen to the device sooner or later... should
it work then?

Thanks in advance,

David

"world" is a nano-X client application, it won't connect
until nano-X is running.

No, nano-X won't run without a screen to initialize and draw
to. After all, its a graphical window implementation ... ;-)

Yes. And you be able to see it work too ;)

Greg
