Hi all - thanks to all who have been working hard to enable us Primax
owners to ditch windows.
I need a bit more help however....
I have compiled and installed primaxd 0.5 but when I try to execute it
it comes back with a woefull face, and tells me that scanner did not
switch to epp mode (I have set this in the bios) and that it could not
find a compatable scanner.
I have the scanner connected to the parallel port (by itself, no
pass-thru's) and switched on.
I am using an AMD 1000 200fsb, 256 megs ram and an aer m'board. Linux is
Mandrake 8.1
Any ideas?
