Your libxml2 is to old. The save function is missing. I don't know why
suse distributes
this old version, okay Suse 7.2 is rather old ;-).
You should try to get a newer libxml2 version. I think now that suse 8.0
is out, there
should be all 7.3 packages on the suse ftp server.
Or maybe get the new Suse 8.0 - I think it's worth the money.
