primax: Thread: More Colorado 9600 and pxscan0.2

bug :

the value of image->from_top is not used by the scanning function
(maybe Gustaf and helpers have only the specifications to start the scan 
from the bottom (considered as the top in the source...))

for image->from_left, two possibilities : 
if you type pxscan -p0x4 then image->from_left will be wrong
if you type pxscan -p0.1x4 then image->from_left will be ok

so if you want to use the -p option to shift your scan on the left , the first 
value must not be = 0 

sure this will be fixed in the next version ;o))
