From: Marc BERLIOUX ####@####.#### Date: 7 Feb 2001 09:01:17 -0000 Message-Id: <3A810E4A.3221E65A@free.fr> I've tried the new version of pxscan thanks to the developpers i use it with Mandrake 7.2 for a Colorado Direct 9600 option -m and -p works fine unfortunately i found two problems: the option -l works but i get a segmentation fault and a core dump each time i switch on or off the light : #./pxscan -lon Probing port 0378 SPP port present PS/2 bidirectional port present EPP 1.9 with hardware direction protocol ASIC: E3 scanner model reg= 1 Looks like a Primax Colorado Direct 9600 Segmentation fault (core dumped) bigger problem is that i get sometimes very pale scans even if the lamp is lit long ago this is not the case with previous version pxscan-0.2 hope this will help developpers to increase reliability bye Marc | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
