This is the same problem that I've had. Before, I thought it was some
problem with my motherboard, bios, or some defective hardware, but I
tried the same scanner in other computer and I got the same problem.. I
only get my scanner works in Win9x, I tried it in NT 4.0 but I didn't
get it. Someone could help us? :)

Gustaf Kroling ####@####.#### has been developping some code for
this scanner and he sent me a beta code.

Try to contact him and ask him for the primax Colorado Direct 9600 ASIC
E1 driver.

His modified version is working well and I was able to scan some images.
Since I dont have this scanner anymore, I cant help to improve the driver.

If Gustaf lost the pxscan.c for E1 scanner, ask me then I'll send you.
 From his words:

"I think the 0.2lek version is the 0.2 version with all the
fixes up to 0.41 but this was done after the E1 changes."
