Current situation with primax-scanners on linux
From: ####@####.#### Date: 4 Dec 2003 23:34:20 -0000 Message-Id: <20031205000704.6cc7bf37.mail@hboeck.de> Hi, While trying to get my Network Scanny (AFAIK a relabled primax D600), I found out that the situation with primax-scanners on linux is very confusing. There are three projects, two of them standalone-programs and one sane-backend. All support different models. The only one available as a sane-backend is not included in the main sane-distribution. The best thing would be to merge all those projects to one single sane-backend supporting all available primax-scanners. Is there any work done on the primax-drivers? It looks for me as all projects are quite inactive. Are there people out there willing to help me creating such a driver? -- Hanno Böck [Content type application/pgp-signature not shown.
