Hi,

I'm sorry, but I think I missed your mail!!!
Can you please enable the debug output of the driver
(uncomment the #debug=yes stuff in the Makefile), recompile,
reinstall and reload it, then send me the output of the dmesg command.

That's one thing. The other one is, that you should remove the mov=1 switch.
For the OP12000P it MUST be 0.
