Sure, me!  I write lots of PIC code, and use Linux to do it.  My
rates are high (though not exhorbitant), but my productivity is also
high.

I write a fair bit of GPL'd code, but I'm not GPL'd myself.

But seriously, I'm reasonably happy using the Microchip PICstart Plus
with "picp" under Linux.
