Of course, code that you own you can license on any basis you like,
including making it available to the public under the LGPL and to your
customers under a different license.
But in general, using LGPL'd code in a code-protected part, and not
providing some other way for a user to re-link or otherwise rebuild the
software against a different version of the LGPL'd code is a violation of
the LGPL.
